I was brought on by Tandem to lead the creative production, set design, audiovisual coordination, and full experience design for this high-stakes senior summit. My role covered the two core days of the summit, including the main conference, dinners, and parties. All scenic elements were designed and built in Montreal, then shipped and installed in Miami, requiring tight logistics and precise planning. The objective was to create an experience that reflected BRP’s forward-thinking identity while remaining aligned with their refined and adventurous brand spirit.
