MasterCard | Executive Leadership Conference

I was brought on by Gridspace as creative producer and set designer for this high-level executive conference hosted by MasterCard in Rome. This was a particularly challenging production, as everything had to be produced on-site in Italy. I was responsible for sourcing and managing a full local team, including decorators, painters, technicians, and suppliers to bring the creative vision to life. I led the design and execution of the main plenary space as well as all surrounding lounges, dining areas, and party environments. The goal was to elevate the corporate context with a refined, contemporary aesthetic that blended professionalism with warmth and artistic flair.
